Founded in 1972, Glastronix has grown from a fabrication shop into a precision manufacturing partner trusted by global OEMs across aerospace, medical, defence and industrial equipment.
We have been forming metal since 1972 — long enough to know that a machine does not make a good part on its own. The laser, the press brake and the ABB welding cell are only as good as the people who set them, the process that surrounds them and the inspection that checks them.
So we invested in both: the most capable machinery we could justify, and the process discipline to use it properly. That combination is what a global OEM is really buying when it qualifies a supplier — and it is why they stay.
Built to the drawing and verified against it. A part that "looks right" is not a part that passed.
Our customers' designs are their advantage. We never display them, and we never trade on their names.
Everything is made under our roof — so when you ask who is responsible, the answer is always the same: we are.
Automation handles what automation is good at: repeatability, volume, consistency. Everything else — the fixture that stops a weldment distorting, the judgement call on a difficult bend, the inspection that catches what a gauge would miss — comes down to experienced people.
That is the balance we have spent fifty years getting right.
The best way to judge a manufacturer is to walk their shop. Get in touch and we will arrange a visit.
